I believe Merc Ops has some stats for pre-rifts military armor and weapons. Also Underseas has some old Marine armor, weapons and vehicles. Don't forget GAW either.

I believe the required 12 to hit for a called shot has been removed as of RUE, at least I can no longer find it. I do know that called shots now require 2 actions and aimed, called shots require 3. As a general rule, I don't allow content from the Rifter but powers from the books I usually allow without additional restriction unless it's not appropriate for the current campaign. I have never disallowed a power for being too weak though...

I always assumed that the breeds as written were more or less "mixed" with the dominant breed in the mix determining the bonuses given. In my games, I do run with this assumption.

I watched 15 minutes of the pilot and hated it so very much. My friend watches it and has generally good things to say and I also caught the Half-Living character from hearing his stories about it. It seems like that character is portrayed very effectively, for the most part.

A Death's Head could have more than two areas, in which case the C-5 layout would be a good example to draw upon for floor plans. My assumption is that it only consists of a crew compartment and a cargo hold and wouldn't require any floor plans in order to have a scene inside of it.

As I recall, they can speak but only in short sentences. I do not believe they are defined as literate or illiterate either way though. Never read anything about them being able to use scrolls that I can remember, but they CAN drive a car so I guess anything's possible.

I made a TW Particle Sword (based on Sub-Particle Acceleration and Light Blade spells) for one of my games that used Lightning Arc as a power source. I seem to recall that it's a common spell when used in that capacity, though my memory could be faulty.

Another advantage to being led by a sub demon or mortal henchman is that if anything goes wrong, it's the one in charge that pays the price. I think a demon's pride is often trumped by their sense of self preservation.
