I don't have the book so can't comment, but the Heroes Unlimited setting would also qualify as a Super Human plentiful dimension. Couple that with Conversion Book 1 to handle the conversion of HU's powers and you'd be good to go.

I do not think there is an easy answer as it can take a few forms: 1. rip a limb off and use it as a club (its a club/flail now, maybe a bit awkward to use but) 2. scoop them up and fling them around like the Hulk does to the "punny god" Loki in the (1st) Avengers movie, okay not hit G w/a...
