So this is the same book published 3 decades ago with no new entries so... no weapons from the last.... literal 3 decades?
But "Represent the vast majority of weapons used around the world" ?

My father died from this a year ago. To act like it's just the flu is beyond stupid. Beyond moronic. It's dangerous. Such stupidity kills people and is killing people to this day. Yes we are still at the height of the pandemic. But people are being desensitized to it. We're not having 'fewer deaths'...

I just go by the book. As others have pointed out each category tells you what they get. As a GM I'lll allow a bit of lean one way or another. Seldom do people really want to "Enjoy the challenge" of being the lowest powered guy in the group.

No. Simply no. Nor do I believe someone that had it and who's entire family had it would be putting this forward. That's a lame 'defense' to justify it after the fact. Palladium retains rights to their cover and art work and what not. It wouldn't cost them anything to include old artwork. They reuse old artwork all the time. What they're doing is just bizarre. I share the same "What the frak?" At the inclusion in this way.
That said ATB is my favorite game. I've got 4 or 5 copies of the soft cover. This one I might actually go out of pocket to have the hard cover on it. Even with the 'bonus material' being ... strange.

I think, and they can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the implication in the OP, is that a Reserve chute will dump you a lot harder than a main chute. You might not die, but you're coming in pretty hot with a reserve chute deployment.

It's not multiclassing at all. This is directly addressed in the RUE. (Do note that the CK book is a bit wonky here just giving 1-80% as Majors. 91-100 as 'none' but then on the same page lists off differences for Minor, Major and Master. The CK book also only gives +1D6 to the CK's PSi sword at lvl...

Things to keep in mind: -CK-Psi-Sword is NOT a Super Psionic Power.
