Well the rule in nightbane says to take the percentile and divide by 15 and then rounddown. This will give you your + for the d20 roll.

In HU2 there is an alien education table. My Alien character got the one where I got a certain skill program and then I got 2 skills from a ton of categories, then something like 4 secondary's. HU2 already has Night Vision (minor) and Infrared/Ultraviolet Vision (minor). Both of these are types of night vision that can see in the dark. But if you feel you need it for a specific purpose ask you GM.
