A hovercraft would be good. Given how common hovercraft are i do not think helicopters would be very popular. They are quite finicky to fly and require a lot of specialized maintenance. Either NG or Naruni had a hover exploration model that would be good.

I remember the article. She was allowed to pick a tattoo and picked a dinosaur because of their anti-magic properties. She activates the dinosaur in the arena and it dispels the barrier around the arena allowing her to escape.

Yes it provides protection after the other armor is gone. I checked some of the other tattooed OCCs and they get additional MDC per level. Tattooed OCCs got a power bump up in SotA.

We have always played the source of the energy magical or technological does not matter. However we play force bolts penetrate as well as Mind Bolts. We also play ion beams do half damage because part of their damage is kinetic impact damage like bullets.

Yes Undead Slayers have a lot of weapon tats with max enhancements. Most people forget the rule from RUE that says you get your weapon damage or your supernatural strength damage. That means simple weapons with enhancements work great for undead slayers.

Actually given Undead Slayers have Supernatural Strength they do not need a flaming weapon tat for vampire killing. A silver simple weapon tat is better for creatures like vamps who ate vulnerable to silver.

No rule against it I know of. Personally I only allow a MDC flight suit/jump suit inside power armor. Obviously you can’t wear a helmet inside of most power armor helmets.

Definitely as a barrier. I would allow a Dodge of 16 or higher to avoid being entrapped by one, same as Magic Net.

Interesting discussions. I would say changing the missile firing order from a default order would take an extra attack unless the robot had multiple launch buttons that could be programmed for specific mixes or voice control. I think it would depend on the sophistication of the robot.

.... I use the original R.M.B. radar ranges for power armor / robots. So basically power armor get the lesser range while robots the greater. I let them absorb it or use it for a spell being cast. As previously mentioned becoming a vampire would be a downgrade for a dragon. Dragon’s get more powerful as they age and vampires do not plus vampires have more weaknesses than dragons.
