My character had a paramour with the polymorph and technoform power who would be her outfits or weapons or vehicles. he was a complete tool. I agree that it seem rediculous for heroes used to getting into scuffles to not have formal martial training, so I escape these confines by the power of fiat! the speed attribute governs how far a character can run in a given time. SPD x 20 is how far in yards they can run in the span of one minute. SPD x 5 is how many yards they can cover in one melee round (15 seconds) and you divide that figure by their number of attacks to determine how far they can ...

In one way I'd say yes, and in the other I'd say the issue is moot. Typically when magic enters an mdc arena, it starts doing megadamage all by itself, so in terms of magic, the question is moot. On page 16 under determining chi it specifically says that no character can have more than one chi multiplier, so while it would be silly for a tai chi practitioner to switch from x2 to, well, x2 as he levels up means thats probably not the case, I'd maintain the posit that a character that took bot...

We need a six armed skelebot. One pair is shootin, the second pair is passing a loaded weapon to you, the third pair is taking and reloading the gun you're handing him.
