Please. Quick attack isn't going to defeat a Glitterboy. Electromagnetic Attack is going to beat a Glitterboy more then half the time. I don't think they even get a bonus to the roll. How did this spell even make it into print? For 30 PPE you can disable Glitterboys for an hour if they fail to save vs. 14. Light Power Armor gets no save at all. That's right. I went there.
Put a Talisman on something like a collar, and I don't see why you couldn't train the animal to activate the item on command. I'm thinking invisibility, armor of Ithan, etc would be great.

One: If you are using Machine Merge from PU3, and you merge with a gun, do you get the +5 level bonus? Do you also add your PP bonus?

I think so. The Extra Damage and Cosmic Blast Focus abilities are powers that cost permanent MDC or PPE to give to your weapons. The Force Field power is an ability that any Cosmic Weapon receives for free.

Then again, if people are in need and you can get a few dozen, or even a hundred to give you PPE. You can can become a Cosmic God for an hour to go take down some truly powerful evil creature.

If you're saying that the power doesn't use Permanent PPE, but instead the Cosmo Knight spends 1 PPE per 10 MDC, that lasts an hour... that's even more powerful.
