First of all, he can feed on animals, humans, and D-bees.

Ah... I'm pretty darn sure, it's always stated that a psi-stalker must feed off Psychics, Practitioners of Magic or Supernatural Creatures.

This list does not include Normal Humans/D-bees, Creatures of Magic and Animals.

My god. I have never seen such whining. Then again, I don't post on the boards much anymore. They released a new addition of the book guys, that means everything gets a re-boot and for whatever reason that tickles geeks in the stupid center of their brain. A few common mistakes include: This wasn't...

Also on top of reworking Holmes' stunt (I havn't worked out all my own details yet, but have some good ideas), one other thing I changed to make Tolkeen fall in a way that makes sense (since it's not like they are weak) was to change the way Free Quebec acted. After siding with the Coalition against...

I have to agree that there is a lot more to it than just Chi-Town. There is sooo much, and any holes can be patched by a good GM since the states is a rather large place outside of Chi-town, with most of it not detailed at all. Plus the economy cannot in anyway be compared to today's economy - the m...

Ideally, if I could do anything- freeze everything, do a 2nd edition and streamline it all. Rifts is chocked full of goodness already. Maybe too full. It doesn't seem like such a Grim and Dark Scary Post Apocalypse when the world seems to be crawling with super powered mystic cyborg commando human ...

Hey kids, Can you say irradiated boom gun round? I knew you could. 3d6x10+50 MD or so damage to Supernatural creatures... not bad... Actually more like 4d6x10 (and that's being generous.... no proper even die number since 25% of 180 is 45... ) Now you have to realize how expensive a single round fr...

I think one issue with how many spells you can cast is: 2 attacks for Living rule. That kind of over shadows how many spells you can cast... Before, a 1st level grunt (2 attacks) was a lot more equal to a spell caster (2x 1-6 level spells per round). Now the ol' grunt has 4 attacks to start.

Hate to break it to ya, but Rifts is already "made". It's one of the best-selling RPG's of all time. Yeah, I know. I've also seen a lot of people that have left the game, and it would be nice to see them all come back with this release. I can honestly say, Rifts does have the coolest original story...

Ultimate Rifts - Will Make or Break Rifts

Hmmm, I'm just wondering how many people have expressed their problems and concerns about Rifts to Palladium directly? (through snail mail or by using the contact section of the palladium website). My concern is that Palladium (i.e. K.S.) will make the usual mistakes. Big holes in the Combat System....

According to the latest GMG, the CS have opted not to use uranium ammo. The Prosek's may be Nazi's, but they're environmentally conscious Nazis. Ah, they do not use "Uranium" ammo. Ok. I can agree, that simply doubling the damage to 2d6x10+12 is perfect. That would work nicely. To make the heat resistant thing work... I'd just rule that the Tarantula negates the first 10 M.D. of heat damage. Why? Cause it's simple and makes sense. If it gets "clipped" by the edge of a mimi-mis...
