While that is fine for some of the high cost spells, some of those high cost spells have combat applications, and it is highly unlikely in a combat situation you will have access to those things.

I would rule the time limit starts once you go above your base PPE. Other wise some one can sit in state of being over the base PPE but not at the time limit and as long as he cast spells at a rate to avoid hitting the cap would be able to stay there until he passes out or drains the PPE. Drew I would like to point out that it says in the book could trigger a 'latent' nightbane's becoming not that it will trigger it. They even mention that one was a young mage before his becoming in the Nightlands Book.

At certain speeds hitting the atmosphere would be like hitting solid ground. It's why you see on various science fiction shows that they will skip off of the atmosphere in some very dangerous maneuvers to try and save themselves from burning up in the atmosphere.

Standard EBA is rated for 200 degrees centigrade, CS Dead Boy Armor is rated for 300 degrees centigrade. The oxygen supply could be an issue. Standard has 5 hours CS has the same. I am not sure if I have ever seen the books say how long a cyborg's power source lasts. Japan might have that info but I am not sure. I do know that yes they can have an E-clip recharger attached to them. I think it's an option in Japan. Might be relisted in the Bionics Sourcebook.

No worries. I was all head scratching when I got called out on that mistake myself. Until I pulled out the RUE and read it myself, and was like huh weird. But with Called Shots and Aimed Shots now taking more than one action. Each takes one extra action to perform both combined take 3 actions.

Allow them to take spell versions of the Elemental Fusionist's powers in RUE. So instead of picking an Elemental spell, they select a Fusionist one instead.
