I make no promises, expressed or implied, about the condition of your sanity should you read this.

Actually, there are some very good ideas hashed out in that thread. ;)

Every Wednesday night, when I watch CSI:New York, I think how awsome a show CSI:Center would be! Palladium should talk to the producers of that show. Seriously. Every week a different dead alien...

Center has ten levels, and is officially 2 miles high (1 above ground, and 1 beneath). As you will discover by reading the other post, any private investigator working in Center is going to very hard pressed to even find his office, let alone some cheating husband who's pulling an insurance scam! Better make sure everyone has Streetwise, and invent a skill called Lore: Center.

If that doesn't prompt you to buy it, I don't know what else I can say.

The first few levels are frikken HUGE!

Levels 2 and 3 have full-sized STARPORTS for trans-atmospheric craft. The bottom most *official* levels and sub levels are likely an equivalent of 2-3 storeys tall.

I did some VERY rough math in this Thread.

I used a Real World Calculation that stated that you can fit a billion, six-foot tall Humans in a Cube measuring just ONE Cubic Mile.

Since Center's Dimensions are larger by orders of magnitude, fitting in 600 million People, even with areas such as the sparsely-populated Manors, should be a breeze.

yeah, but how many buildings and other infrastructure items can you fit along with those people ?

there's going to have to be roads, tunnels, turbo-lifts, etc, etc.
Remeber, the Cube that constantly refer is "only" One Mile on each Side.

Center is two Miles High, and in its other Dimensions, covers a land mass the size of a "large city."

More than enough space......especially since the Phase world Book implies that most of the populace uses the super-massive Moving Sidewalk System and Monorails instead of Cars, Streets and Highways (Rifts: Phase World, page 13).

Ok...how tall is his tower?

I don't recall any mention of specific heights in canon sources.

The picture of center

And when we finally saw the picture of center in three galaxies, did the math just not seem to get that much harder?
