Whilst reading one of my Rifts books (SA2 the Nazca line maker specifically). I had an thought. The Nazca Line maker can learn Diabolist wards. I was wondering two things from this. 1 Can the Tao Shih learn them as well, Since they are a master of writing. 2. Could the Tao Shih learn Nazca Line magic and vice versa.
