What is safe to discuss here?

So, I have seen that there is a serious push for the copyright infringement to be quashed when it pops up... How does this relate to TMNT and Palladium's subsequent loss of license? Can we still discuss the original TMNT books and such? Can you even BUY them anywhere anymore??

I did so like that setting...

You can discuss the TMNT RPG here.

Not sure where you can buy them though.

Oh no, I have most of the books. At least, the ones that I thought were woth getting (there were a few that didn't quite make the cut, but they were few and far between).

I am just curious what from those books might be safe since I know there seems to be a crackdown on infringement and don't want toi screw upo and get hammered.

Like, can we discuss the whole Bio-E stuff and whatnot or specific characters?

Pretty much the same as we discuss stuff on HU or Rifts, etc.
Just don't go reprinting whole huge sections of the book.

So the original ACTUAL TMNT's are safe? Would you get in trouble for trying to "convert" them to a different Palladium setting (like Rifts or something - I don't know why I am worried about this since I think that would be very weird indeed...)?

I don't want to step on any toes since I am pretty certain there is a fair amount of sphincter-clenching anytime the word "convert" is used with regard to the rules...

Since the Turtles, Casey Jones, Shredder, et al, already have TMNT write ups, you aren't "converting" them.
You couldn't update them to more current game standard, but you can quote and discuss them as they are.
