Art of the Bow

Unread post by lordwind »

Is there a martial art form that specializes in archery? I can't seem to find one that doesn't belong to a certain class. Thanks in advance.

No, sorry, there are several arts that give WP with a bow, none of them are any more skilled with it than anyone else with a bow.

wrote that up ages ago...

don't think there are any in the books themselves... though plenty of martial arts that could fake it...

tho, with a flexible GM, jujitsu can be most accomidating... (access to "One Shot One Kill" and "One Mind" techniques...)

Look @ the Longbowman OCC in the PF2 mainbook. There is also the weapon speshilties and Weapons masteries in rifter 32.

Actually, Kyujutsu predates Kyudo. Kyudo's not really a martial art as much as a sport either.

I agree: extremely boring.
I prefer a much greater diversity in combat than the four HtH styles allow all by themselves.

Well, avoiding the obvious salacious remarks I could make about spreading the love, I'll point out that the system I sent to your mail is, hopefully, designed to avoid overt munchkinism. I can see a couple ways to red-line the system by combining styles, but that gets expensive in terms of skills.
