Dinosaur Swamp Question

The Dinosaur Swamp book says that the swamp has the largest population of True Atlanteans on Earth. What I want to know is does this include the city of Manoa in South America?

I went back to my manuscript and that was something added during the editorial process. Most of my thoughts on True Atlanteans and Dinosaur Swamp was shifted and collapsed into the section on the Eleytherians.

I would take that phrase to mean that there are tons of adventuring True Atlanteans in the region, but not a concentration/civilization like in South America.

I hate dissembling, but that's the best answer I have. :-?
