Using a full conversion borg in Chaos Earth

Hello everyone i`m after some helpful advice. I`ve just purchased Chaos Earth and what a good book it is. But as i was aware due to reading the previous post on this forum regarding Full conversion cyborgs, the CE book does`nt have full conversion borgs as an o.c.c. in it but does mention them in the various weapon write ups.

heres my question if you were using a full conv borg in CE would you use the write up for full conv borgs from RUE and if so would you use the same skill list for full conv borgs or would you use the skills from say a NEMA soldier/ grunt or NEMA robot commander/ military specialist. I`m not sure about how to go about it, as i`m trying to put together a fair and balanced o.c.c.

any thoughts?

Full-conversion Borgs would most likely be military, not NEMA, but a good basis might be the Robot Commander for skills, and use stuff from Rifts for the body.

If you wanted to go less-skilled, use the Grunt.

I'd make any CE era Borgs have 20-25% more starting MDC and likewise affected MDC caps. I'd also make the weapons a TAD stronger as well. Hell, you could even make up some new cyber systems that were "lost" in the chaos of the dark age!

That's what I'd do anyways!

it makes sense i suppose increasing the m.d.c. of the borgs body as it was an age of high technology but is 20-25% a bit high? or would that be right for the level of technology the world had at its disposal?

I hope you don't mind if I us him as an NPC in my game when I get it back up and running. I'm still on my sabatical from gaming. Hopefully the rest will refresh me and revive me!
