Well, since i don't have my PU3 copy yet...i was wondering if these powers are the same as in AU:GG, or are they different/updated....

Control the Void (PU3)
Alter Physical Structure: Void (PU3)
Super Regeneration (PU3)
Superluminal Flight (PU3)
Flight: Space (PU3)
Space Native (PU3)

Yes they are and they all reference that they ame from AU: GG.

Excellent, thanks for the new tables!

I admit that I do like having both your tables and the ones in the back of PU3. Sometimes I like to roll completely random with no organization just to see what comes up. Sometimes I get interesting ideas from that. Thanks for doing all the grunt organization work.

Out of curiosity, how did you decide the percentage chance for the different power categories?

Shouldn't "Control the Void" be CEF:Void?
Or did change the name?

If you support ICE/BCP/BorderPatrol at this point, you would have called the Gestapo on the people surreptitiously moving into your neighbor's attic and huffed that you were only following the law.
