Comic Blasts and laser reflective armor.
Is the cosmic blast affected by laser reflective armor.

We had real books not PDFS and we carried them on carts we pulled ourselves that we built by hand. We had Thaco and we were happy. If we needed dice we carved ours out of wood. Petrified wood just because we could.

My gut reaction is no.
This is complicated by the fact that we have no idea what "cosmic energy" is... but if I hit a Glitterboy with magical lightning, it would take full damage. If I hit a Glitterboy with particle beams, or plasma, it would do full damage.
So it seems that "glitter" or "refractalum" or whatever you choose to call it, is specifically affected by lasers and only lasers.
The argument will now ensue as to whether or not a Cosmo Knight's (or Dominator's) cosmic blasts are considered to be lasers: to which I again say no.

If that doesn't prompt you to buy it, I don't know what else I can say.

We have no idea what it is (or if it counts as magical, if you recall). But I'm ffairly certain it isn't a "laser".
Dr Evil: "laser."
Dr Evil: "laser."
