Need help figuring out this Weight thing for Kick Boxing

Ok, in the description for rolling height and weight for a Thai Kick boxer it says that you roll 4d6, multiply the result by 10, and add it to 80 Lbs. Yet in the example the roll of 10 is not multiplied and just added to 80 Lbs. Which one is right? :?

Will do. I have to admit that while palladium has some good books and ideas, some of the writing mistakes seem kind... well bad.
