I was reading through the Altess description and decided to use a group of them as villains.
Now sitting there at my table trying to come up with an angle to use them as I was drawing a blank until one word popped into my head...

Thraxxus have just begun to do...
Also, they do a good deal of industrial and political espionage
(usually by proxy, but sometimes an Altess has to do thing
by himself to get them done) both because it provides
entertainment, both because it serves their long term survival.
And they do plan for long range.
