Actually, we do not know, how a binary solar system behaves...
...but the first planet to be a gas giant is strange (the more dense,
heavier elements are in the inner planets - usually).
Propably the result of a solar collision - I mean somewhere in the past
those twin stars somehow captured each other therefore wreaking havoc
in their planets.
