Its not a real game unless....

...someone ends up as the opposite gender. :P I remember the first time that someone ended up as a chick in my games. They had basicly "charmed" a young lady and you know the rest. The village wise woman was not going to stand for this when she heard, so she turned him into a girl.

It was fun watching what he did when his character was hit on by men in the bar.

So, tell your stories. it can be as a player or GM

One of my good friends was playing a headhunter who was planning on jumping some guy in a dark ally. he jumped into a pile of trash bags when his victim came around the corner to soon. When the GM told him he felt a needle stick him in the leg, without a second thought he said "@#$% this I'm not getting aids" and blew off his own leg with an MD pistol  it was the funniest thing I had ever seen in roleplaying the whole group but him was stunned for like 5 minutes, he was like whats the big deal guys. Of course the guy who came around the corner was my character who was forced into bringing the one legged headhunter to bionics shop.

My freind still dosen't know that the needle didn't have a lethel thing on it.

I was offered a belt of immense power. Like Uber omg wth power. I foolishly took it, without pondering the consequences and, upon fastening it, was changed into a chick. As I was already playing a were-dolphin.....god did life suck for a while.

It got to the point that when someone new joined our group and said something like, "and I've got a Big Boss ATV," we'd all just laugh.

We were playing a PF game once years ago and my wife decided to play a character that was male for a change, but she had a problem remembering what gender she was playing. The party was in a bar (typical) trying to gather some info/intel that they needed and she decided to strut up to a table and seductively strike up a conversation with the Merc sitting there drinking. Gently sliding her (his if you're thinking her character) fingers along the Merc's arm, commenting on his rugged good looks and big muscles. Well the Merc punched my wife's character dead in the face, knocking her to the floor. My wife looked at me in shock. "He hit me! He hit a woman!" I had to remind her that she was playing a man and the Merc didn't apprecoate the advances of her "male" character. Her eyes got big and that was the end of her playing a character that was a male. :D

Depends on the system:

In BTS2, I've discovered it's not a real game until I've caused an NPC police officer to radio "it's like a war zone out here." This is usually caused by liberal application of phosphorus grenades, ANFO, and/or high powered rifles (though the burning buildings and urban combat that frequently result are usually unintended on my part).

In PF, it's not a real game until I overreact to something and smite somebody I probably shouldn't. Last week, this manifested itself in kicking a captured ratling in the face and breaking its jaw, before remembering we wanted to ask it questions.

As you may notice here, I'm a bit impetuous when it comes to combat. I occasionally try to play non-combat oriented characters, but somehow I always end up using their skills to create havoc.

Intel the GM says "Are you sure you want to do that?"
And the PC snaps back "For the last time yes!" and then gets himself killed in horrord, but amusing, way.

It's not a real game unless:

1 = That one player in your group blurts out his next action without thinking of any negative consequences, and gets the "look" from all the other players.

2 = Said player continues doing the action even after the GM asks "Are you sure?"

3 = The game starts off like Star Trek, but ends up being more like Firefly.

4 = The players come up with an idiot-proof, sure-fire plan and everyone fails their rolls.
