Consumption Tax: Taxing of all sales.
Luxury Tax: Taxing of certain goods designated as luxuries.
Inheritance Tax: Tax on inherited goods.
Tariff: Tax on imported goods.
Toll: Bridge and Road taxes.
Market Tax: Every person and animal entering a town on market day are taxed. In cities and towns where the situation is essentially "every day is market day", people entering are taxed.

Bond to Leave Country: Fee for leaving the country.
Naturalization: Fee to become a citizen of the country.
Writ of Justice Fee: Basically a fee to have your case heard by a royal court.
Money Lender/Changer Fee: Percentage of amount changed to pay for services.
Knighting Fee: A fee for being or having one's children knighted.
Levies: emergency taxes or taxes on certain functions (i.e. port towns are levied to pay for a navy, Noble/town/village/guild levy for the army, etc.)
