It means that it can only be attacked with items that can hurt an astral-travler that is in the physical plane. (ie: a astral-projection that has stayed in the phyiscal plane.) So PSI powers, spells and magic items that can affect astral being would hurt the GG.

Part of is that to target the GG, the char would need some sort of way to detect the GG. Such as See the Invisible.
