My three favorites are the Targeting Computer, Amplified hearing, and sound filtration. Just about anything that helps a person react faster in tight situations is a favorite implant.

Norbu: Perhaps you want your weapons enchanted? Or maybe a shield or sword? I can even enchant armor!

Big Joe: We need you to enchant this Liver, this heart, and these kidneys.

universal head jack(the one that comes with amplified hearing and sound filtration) and hidden compartments.

  • Retractable Vibro Blades: Vastly increases a character's survivability because they let him/her parry pretty much any MD melee attack when seconds count.
  • Package deal of a Multi-optic eye, Optic nerve video implant, and either a finger jack or head jack. Pretty much takes care of all your optical needs.
  • Shoulder turret and Ion blaster combo, because I've see Predator one too many times. :)
