I don't generally pay attention to dwarves. But he's got a giant axe. So it sounds good to me.

Perhaps after your first session or two you'll get a better feel for your NPC needs.

Personally I have a very different GM style, which sometimes is good sometimes is very bad.

Becausely I come up with it on the fly. Reason mainly in my mind is I see RIFTS has a world and the characters choices make the difference where has in dnd I see it has story-line.

So in the end the characters had should be driven by what they want to do. Though sometimes this gets me into trouble because the group can't get handle the lack of GM driven story line. Which was the case of my last group.

Though on topic make only important NPC's. Use comman stats/ bonus for CS soldiers and Equipment. Though it is alot harder now because of the change in WP from 3 + 1 every three levels.
