The Rifter #41 has gone the printer

The Rifter #41 has gone the printer -- ships January 8, 2008

You haven’t heard from me lately, because it has been another crazy week. Busy, busy, busy. I haven't checked my e-mail in two days busy!!! (I usually try to check e-mail several times a day).

Good news is The Rifter® #41 is completely done and at the printers. Wayne has put together another great issue and the cover by Mark Evans, depicting an armored angel attacking a stone golem, is fantastic. It has a great After the Bomb® piece, player and G.M. character tips an epic Rifts® adventure and more.

A couple of heads up:

1. The annual Rifter® special subscription drive will start in January and the free gift that’s part of the special is bigger and better than ever. Mainly, I want to see us shatter our old record for subscribers (we're about 35 subscribers away from breaking it, but a lot of subscriptions end in the next couple of months).

2. As is tradition, I plan on extending the Christmas Surprise Package offer another week or two. That means those of you who are waiting for money after Christmas or just wait till the last minute will still have time to take advantage of this great deal.

In fact, we’ve shipped out something like 119 Grab Bags this week; 25 today alone! So keep ‘em coming.

Otherwise, just been trying to take care of business between wrapping presents and talking to a multitude of friends, family and well wishers both personal and business. Oh, and thanks to the 35-40 of you who have sent us Christmas cards.

More tomorrow or Saturday. Press release will go up Friday too.
