Some new rules for the Cyber-Mages. The current ones are bulky, and expensive. This O.C.C. has a lot of potenial, but as written I can't even bring myself to use them as NPCs, let alone PCs.

Why even limit to them being published in a NB book. They could just publish them in another Setting's book as well.
