Stupid Plan, But It Worked!

Unread post by LostOne »

This is along the lines of the thread started by Captain Shiva, the Stupid Player Tricks thread. However while that seems to be more for dumb ideas that players did, mine is for the dumb ideas that actually worked. I'm not trying to steal his thread, but there don't seem to be any successes there.

For instance, I had a Juicer jump from a flying transport without a parachute from about 1000ft altitude, grab ahold of the SAMAS he had jumped at. He forced a grenade into the jet air intake of the SAMAS and jumped off, this time aiming at a techno-wizard wing glider who was kind enough to land with him. The SAMAS and its destroyed jets lost control and crashed, killing the pilot. The transport was saved. The Juicer had some lucky rolls, the SAMAS didn't see him coming, the Juicer had poor odds of hitting his targets, etc.

Once, when I was running a 2nd level AD&D campaign, a player teleported a Decanter Of Endless Water into the body cavity of a Dracolich, and used a Wish to turn it into a Decanter Of Endless Holy Water.(I'M MELTING....I'M MELTING... :demon: )
Have you ever been thrown out of a Rifts game for being smarter than the Game Master?
