I would, since I don't purchase Rifters. That is if this information is considered part of the canon.

It's not canon, but much of it is good. I plan on using a few things from those articles (particularly Blue Zone Demons and Army of Scorched Earth) in canon over the next couple of books.

Next couple of Chao Earth books? nice are these NEMA Mission Book 1 and Psychic Storm or something completely different?

Psychic Storm, maybe. If I remain the sole guy writing for the line, MB1 will probably partially roll into Brothers in Arms, but I will definitely have something like that down the line, but probably not until sourcebook #5 is done (RoM, CoC, Psychic Storm, First Responders, and Brothers in Arms). It might even make a good downloadable product.
