what would be the effect on player or non-player characters if they go the following in play?
foreighn language syndrome?
blue skin?(from minerals in the ground/dyes that they use daily)
alien hand syndrome?
or elphantis?

More information is needed.
Blue skin is easy.. well they would have blue skin.
I dont know what foreign language or alien hand syndrome are.

My other answer is that they would become or be called Smurfs! ;)

alien hand syndrome is where your hand does something that you can't control(for example unbuttonning your shirt while the other hand buttons it,or it tries to kill you)
forighn lnaguage syndrome is where you wake up someday with a accent that is different from your naibors(possibly from halfway around the world,aka a french accent in america)
also this was a general question.
