Steal Skills and Mimic Skills

Can these be used to mimic or steal spells. I figure they can since Mind Bond allows you to get spells.

If you are already a spell caster, possibly you can steal individual spells. Otherwise, probably not. Steal Skills is not going to let you steal the skill to fly like a bird without having wings.

I think you are right, which tends to make it unlikely the person would have the ability to use magic.

They're available in powers unlimited 1. Certain supers can have magic and psionics.

I did say "Unlikely", not impossible.
You would still NEED to be able to use magic before you could steal a spell...and it would only be yours for a time.
