As for Palladium, you want to get Wormwood, Systems Failure, Atlantis, Splynn Dimensional Market and Splicers (uber sweet). You also probably want to pick up Cthulhutech by Mongoose and Chaostech by Monte Cook as well. Also, check out the Rifters for useful biotech articles as well. I know the Rifter Zero PDF has an article on upgrading hand-held biotech weaponry.
