I remember days like this when my father took me to the forest and we ate wild blueberries. More than 20 years ago. I was just a boy of four or five. The leaves were so dark and green then. The grass smelled sweet with the spring wind...For us, there is no spring. Just the wind that smells fresh before the storm.

While the dragon RCC is what all dragons start with, when they reach a certain age they tend ot pick up a magic OCC or a magic OCC equivilent.

Where do Chang Ku stand in this? They are the exception to the Drag. RCC rule.
However, not all CK are Tattoo Masters.

If you think they're a little limited in skills, and indeed they are a bit, it wouldn't be a stretch for you to house rule something. Let them have an OCC, or just write in a few more skills. They're dragons, after all. Pretty much anything goes.

The way I have handled the CK is that if they choose the Scholar/Mage route and not the Tattoo Master is that they get all Dragon RCC skills (I don't have RUE so this is based on RMB and England) plus the OCC Skills of the chosen mage class (if Scholar I would probably give them the OCC Related too) as well as the full mage abilities of the chosen mage class and first level spell selection per the OCC

For magic abilities, I would used D&G and RUE as the prime sources. The RMB doesn't have anything about them acquiring magic..... far as I can remember.

Seeing as how I don't own RUE yet I was talking about what I personally use. I use RMB for the skills and it does mention that they can acquire Magic as per a LLW as far as purchasing of it goes.
