The game went well.
The super granny had the powers supernatural ps,iron skin and flight wingless .
The player had her paddle a streetgang doing a driveby.
Pulled /dragged a drug lord by his ear to the police station .
The group was on the floor.

It won't work, they are evil. And they really don't have a standard physical form. So that would not be allowed in a standard game. Now if you do that then you'll probably stand alone on that one. Also they are listed as NPC race specifically.

You forgot that Vampire Intelligences are quite obviously supernatural and supernatural beings can't become Cosmo-Knights

True on the supernatural part on the vampires .

The SuperGranny stopped a mutant white slaverly ring .After beating up the slavers mainly using a paddle made from the bossman's limo hubcap .She took the freeded slaves home with her to care of .
One of the other pcs a USAgent type of character tipped off the bad guys by accident when he gave a report to local police .

Opps. That happens when someone like him tries to follow the laws, and the local law enforcement has a few bad apples. So did Super Granny make the criminals make them wear the hubcap of shame?

Oh darn. Maybe next time she'll make them wear the hubcap of shame. Make sure she gets a volkswagen bugs hubcaps. Those are the most appropriate hubcaps for the dishonored rank.
