I'm not sure what you are looking but in Rifts: Africa there is some Witch rules. Also in Palladium Fantasy there is the Witch OCC. You should find good familiars in the Conversion Books Series, especially in Dark Conversions book.

Hope this helps.

1) One NPC is a AI/Robot Cyberjacker... the rules make repeated references to 'hardening an AI's CPU' to give it SDC, and that this can be stacked with a 'filter'. The only problem is I can't find the cost nor other rules for it anywhere!

That's because it's never listed anywhere :)

It's not a witch rule, although the book you want is Conversion Book One. It has the Greater Familiar spell.

1) Rifter 2 has what cyber-jacking rules that have been published.

2) In rifts the new africa reprint, in PF the Main book. at least till MoM comes out.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
Each question should be give the canon answer 1st, then you can proclaim your house rules.

I hope you're getting your information from Rifter#2 cause that's what i have.

The answer is in the Equipment section on page 36 in the paragraph starting: "Cyber-Combat Filters (Armor)"
The different levels of Filters are then listed: Light, Medium, Heavy and TGE Rank IV (IOW alien, higher-than-earth tech).
THEN it lists CPU Hardening, its maximum SDC and how much it costs.

Pretty straightforward.

Hmmm, a Night Gnome from NB:TtGD is my first bet, a Gremlin might work...Basically anything with a free psionic slot for Machine Ghost would work too.

edit: Don't mention it. :x
