Nature Magic Question

Rifts WB18, page 130 has a spell called Sacred Oath. What does it do other than screw you over if you don't follow through on it?

Nothing.

Screwing you over if you don't follow though is it's entire and sole purpose.

So no extra xp, or temp bonus for completing it huh? Why would anyone bother learning it in the first place then?
