Basically I love the perception rule and I have started giving bonuses for some of the powers and was wondering if anyone was doing the same. I thought I might post it her and the HU form as I get them refined.

One general rule of thumb i've found that has served well for me is that anything that grants an initiative bonus because of enhanced 'sensory awareness' (of any kind) gets an equivelent perception bonus.
