All good info, thanks. But was also still wondering how others would deal with a Character with Body Hardening?
As a for instance the methods that strengthen either the hands, and arms or the ones for the feet and legs. Would either of these negate the standard reduction to hand to hand damage against a Zombie?
Next question is what would you do if you had a character who had mastered all forms of Body Hardenig?
Personally I think they should be able to deal with small numbers of Dead heads without major issue any day of the week.

The body hardening should allow for full damage to the Zs.
