Telemechanics and Telemechanic Paralysis are quite useful.Also,if your GM will allow it, some of the HU supplements have powers not found in Rifts, as does the PFRPG main book. Going outside canon, the Revised Editon of the Rifts Conversion Book suggest the idea of N&SS martial arts powers into psionic abilities.Good powers can also be found in Rifter #25. If the GM is really in a good mood, I know of a couple of websites with some killer powers. If interested, I will send you the links.
