All of them, if I can get away with it, but the current write up of Anticipation is broken. Since you have the Rifter, I'll just point out why it's broken as is.
Simultaneous attack, between you and Thug A. You roll to strike, your blow hits, Thug A doesn't get to hit you back. If you miss, it's resolved as normal. Basically, using Anticipation, and Simultaneous attack, you turn your foe into a punching bag, at (almost) no risk to yourself.

While not actual martial arts powers, both plyometrics and qi gong could be quite useful. Especially plyometrics, which could be used in almost any setting.
Have you ever been thrown out of a Rifts game for being smarter than the Game Master?

Yep, love both Rifters and have used all aspects of the martial arts within them. Of course, I play PF, so I've incorporated all this into that setting. But it works and my players absolutely love it!

Krav Mahga can be downright scary, especially when you start getting up in levels. Maxed out you're looking at Criticals at 15 or betteror from behind, KO's at 17 or better, Death Blow on an 18 or better... Only 2 drawbacks I see;
(1) Only 1 Martial Arts Power, and it's not available until 6th level.
(2) Barring the Boxing skill and other attack gainers, it maxes out at 4 attacks per melee, 2 at 1st, plus 1 more at levels 3 and 8.
Beyond that these guys hurt! Combine this with a form that gives some crossover MA Powers and you could really layeth the smacketh down.

I actually sat down yesterday to finally break down all the martial arts in that article, to finally get a tally on the numbers of each one.

i like this material. i have for several years. Although i think the new martial art forms are a little overpowered. but that's okay because they still can't beat guns.
