Robotech Masters looks great! Shipped March 19

I had intended to post a Murmur yesterday telling everyone that Robotech®: The Masters Saga™ arrived at the Palladium warehouse Thursday morning and shipped out to distributors. We also packaged ALL preorders and shipped them out too, so your books are on their way to you. All 186 of them!!!

I didn’t post that Murmur yesterday because by 7:30 PM when we were done and had cleaned up, I was just too pooped! Most of us were on our feet for 7-9 hours working away in the warehouse. At first I thought I felt so worn out because I’m getting older. (I can’t believe I turn 53 in a couple weeks – April 2.) So I was thrilled (how terrible, eh?) when Wayne Smith, 20 years younger, came into my office and said, “Kev, I gotta go home. I’m exhausted.” It was just a long hard day, but a rewarding one. The book looks great and we accomplished a lot Thursday.

We all ended up staying at the office working on a few other things till 8:30 PM before heading home.

If you are a fan of Robotech® you want to get The Masters Saga™. It is packed with a wealth of information and data.

And before anyone else can say it, no EVERYTHING from or about The Masters Saga™ is NOT in this book. These are role-playing game sourcebooks, not Robotech® encyclopedias. Consequently, we focus on the aspects that make for exciting and fun gaming adventures and experiences. They just also happen to be a fun read and function well as a Robotech® reference series suitable for gamers and NON-gaming fans of Robotech® alike.

Other weapons, gear, characters and data will appear in future sourcebooks. Don’t forget, we are planning to release the Big Book of Robotech® Spaceships in the fall; and no, that is not the real title. Meanwhile, we hope to release two additional sourcebooks later this year (no promises), one of them being The New Generation™.

Enjoy The Masters Saga™ tell your friends and have fun.

In other good news about Robotech®, Barnes and Noble just placed a modest restock order for Robotech®: The Shadow Chronicles RPG, and we will be trying to get B&N to pickup the sourcebooks as well. Cool.

Don’t forget, Rifts® Dimension Book™ 11: Dyval™ is at the printer and ships in 10 days -- March 30! Rifts® Shemarrian Nation™ is in final production (art is looking great, rewrites and final edit are coming along) and it is on track to ship April 17. Art is already being done for the Dead Reign™ Sourcebook: Civilization Gone as well as some bits of writing and lots of notes – Ships April 24. The Rifter® #46 and other books are also in various stages of development.

Keep those imaginations burning bright and game on!

Sincerely,
Kevin Siembieda
