It’s all been a blur . . .
We’ve been working so many days in a row, 12-16 hours a day, and coordinating so many different projects that life has become a blur.
An exciting blur, but a blur none the less.
Dyval™, Hell Unleashed shipped yesterday, March 31, 2009.
We are very pleased with it as we think it is FANTASTIC. It looks great, is a fun read, advances the Minion War™, while at the same time functioning as a “stand alone” sourcebook for Rifts®, Palladium Fantasy RPG® and, well, the entire Palladium Megaverse®. This is also the book that is going to launch artist, Nick Bradshaw into superstardom.
As one nice fan put it, “You know, sometimes your books are late, even really late, but they are always worth the wait.” He was talking about Robotech Masters™, which he loved and could hardly wait to get his copy of Dyval.™ I have no doubt that Dyval™ will be another book that puts a smile on the face of our fans. Sorry this one took so long, but I think you’ll find it worth the wait.
Color maps for Hades & Dyval™ available online
To supplement your enjoyment of Dyval™ and Hades we will be offering “color” digital downloads of maps to each layer of both Hells. That’s something in the neighborhood of 16 or 18 maps. A few are grey scale, but the vast majority are COLOR. They were created by author Carl Gleba and look great. The purchase and download will work the same as The Rifter Zero. The Maps of Hell Set should be available tonight or tomorrow and sell for $6.
Shemarrian Nation™ is almost done. All the artwork is in. The cover should be finished over the weekend and so should the final edit and rewriting. The same for The Rifter® #46.
Meanwhile, I’ve been working simultaneously on the Dead Reign™ Sourcebook and coordinating the art for that book (nice work Nick, Mark, Mike and Kent), the cover is going to be amazing and the book will be packed with useful source material. Jason Marker has been working on Warpath™ and a couple other things. Nightbane® Survival Guide™ has had all its art assigned and some preliminary editing.
Whew. In case that’s not crazy enough for you, Wayne and I have designed ELEVEN new products over the last two weeks. They ALL look great and debut at the Palladium Open House. If they get a good reception there, we will offer them online to everyone. I’ve been holding off on revealing what they are, and some are experimental (like full color T-shirts and a line of Gamer T-shirts), but we think ALL are very cool (especially when you see them).

Yep, we’ve been very busy boys and girls.
Oh yeah . . . the Palladium Open House is the END OF THIS MONTH! I still have to find the perfect trophies for the Costume Contest, figure out and order tables and get my games together!!!!!!
And NO, none of this is an April Fool’s Day joke. We are busy trying to make all the products you have asked us to create!
