Is palladium accepting any new submission for Ninjas and Superspies stuff? if so any body submitting anything?

They are always taking submissions for the Rifter not sure about full books.

there was to be a third book to N&S and MC books. But Erik was to be writing it and he is no longer in the land of the living.
side note: Erik was also to help with Rifts China 3.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
Each question should be give the canon answer 1st, then you can proclaim your house rules.

I'd say that they'd take just about anything considering there have been maybe five articles for N&S since the Rifter started.

To my knowledge, Wayne doesn't maintain an official "Want List" for the Rifter. If you submit it, and it's good, it is likely to get in eventually. If it's for a lesser-supported line, it's more likely to get in (I believe), simply because it has less competition. The Rifter is seldom a solid block of Rifts articles, so throwing in a Ninja's and Superspies article helps to leaven it, a bit.
