A couple questions regarding spells with rolls to strike.
1. Would WP Targeting add to the strike bonus of those spells?
2. Using the weapons mastery rules from Rifter 30, would the bonuses for Advanced Targeting and Master Targeting (extra attacks, strike bonuses, ect) also apply?

Maybe if the GM sees it that way.
And then only with spells that require a strike roll. Or spells the GM requires a strike roll for.
