A Body Block/Tackle takes in to account the impact with a hard surface. Usually, that surface is going to be the ground, but a wall works just as well. At GM's option, it could do extra damage if you had a wall made of poisonous spikes/liquid hot magma/angry jellyfish, but generally no, the wall doesn't cause additional damage.
