Books are coming again

Books are coming again

It has only been July since our last new book came out, but it feels more like six months to me. Then again, I have a lot of stuff going on at Palladium and in my life. Just a whirlwind of work and activity. If it’s not one thing, its another. I’m just glad we have all kinds of new books in the pipeline and should get 6-8 of them out by Christmas. See the latest Press Release, going up any minute now this evening, for more details.

So glad Mysteries of Magic™ Book One: The Heart of Magic is done and at the printer. It is a great book filled with all kinds of new and never before revealed information about Wizards, Half Wizards, Forsaken Mages, Cobblers, familiars, true names, apprenticeship, studying magic, unstable spells, fees for magic, careers in magic, guilds, society, P.P.E., history, 50 new spells, great art and much, much more. There are nuggets of information throughout this book. For example:

Did you know Familiars can have special powers?

Did you know a Wizard can power up with extra P.P.E. before combat or to perform high level spells?

Did you know there are unstable spells?

Did you know what’s involved in being an apprentice?

Did you know you can change your true name?

And the above are just a few of the things revealed in Mysteries of Magic™ Book One. There is a whole lot more waiting for you. Plus future books will delve into even more mysteries and details about magic and the Palladium World. I hope you all enjoy reading and playing aspects of this book as much as I enjoyed working on it with Mark Hall. Robotech, Dead Reign: Dark Places and Dimensional Outbreak are awesome too.

Exhibiting Saturday, September 12, at the Town Peddler

Kathy Simmons and I will be at the Town Peddler tent sale in Livonia, MI, tomorrow. Kathy will be selling her Halloween ghouls, and I’ll be selling a bunch of toys, collectibles and odds and ends. Kathy’s “ghouls” are sensational, especially in person, and her Queen of Ghouls™ ebay store continues to attract raves and an increasing number of sales.

On a Personal Note

I’m excited about the books coming out soon and pleased to see people finding Kathy’s Halloween props. I remain concerned about my Dad, but there is little I can do to help other than just be there for him and make him smile. After the initial shock wore off, he was pretty down in the dumps. Cancer is hard to deal with at any age. I'm trying to keep his spirits high and hope to see him Saturday evening or Sunday some time.

I’m beat, so I’m gonna finish packing for the tent sale and go home early. (Scary that 8:00 PM is early for me. Sheesh).

Have a great weekend.

Sincerely,
Kevin Siembieda
