Negative Attributes?
Due to an unfortunate series of events, a character in a recent campaign ended up with several attribute penalties which resulted in the attribute dropping to zero. My GM ruled that the character was dead since his attribute dropped to zero. I'm just curious, is this an official rule somewhere? If so, can someone please provide a reference? Thanks in advance!

It is not an official rule.

There is no rule to that effect in palladium.
Your GM, depending on his background, may have gotten that idea from D&D, where your Endurance dropping to 0 results in death.

I use the rule that they never drop below 1.

Re: Negative Attributes?
PE hitting zero does drop people in to comas in certain references in Palladium. Finding a reference to that is a pain, because of the limited number of things that sap attributes, and the fact that not every occurence of attribute loss mentions this. Without PE though, you're going down.
