Re: Zombie Killing Maniac OCC question
Going by the book it is a berserker frenzy and it isn't that they wouldn't notice such things it is that they just don't care, all they are interested in is killing zombies to the exclusion of everything else including the safety of themselves or teammates and even bystanders. What you could do is use the berserker rules from pantheons and give them a percentage chance to snap out of it, otherwise when they are frenzied they will fight until either they are dead or the zombies are.
Shorty,

think of like Wolverine he flips into a berzerker rage but given the right stimuli he will either snap out of it or become even more enraged.

I'd be careful about giving this class anything that makes it easier to play. It's pretty much a huge bonus at no cost, relative to most survivors, so anything that makes it so the rage is neatly controllable just makes it that much more powerful than the others. Avoid power creep, and make sure there's still a negative to playing this powerful character.
