I don't think Dead Reign does. I seem to recall it being in Rifts main book (not sure about revised), palladium main book and I think HU main book. It didn't have an expansive chart, but did have, I don't know, 30 or 40 items such as wooden crates, doors, a few others.

Re: random object damage
Getting shot with a .22, or stabbed with a boot knife, also does 1D6, so it's actually fairly generous for a frying pan. I'm not familiar with any tables for how much damage getting hit with various non-weapon objects is, but it's really not going to be more than a couple points - hardly worth doing a table for.
I know HU:revised had a pretty respectable chart for SDC of common objects - probably the same one azazel is talking about. On something like toilet tank lids and such, go ahead and use common sense in terms of breaking them. "Would this break if I hit it with X in real life?" is always an ok question to ask. Generally, the things they make a point of statting out are those which are used for security or safety (doors, ropes, chains), or which players will have specific cause to be breaking frequently (windows, crates, boards).

Re: random object damage
Yeah it is the chart in HU revised that I am thinking of. I thought it might be in other books, but thinking about it I only ever remember seeing it there.
Lionheart's suggestion of "If I hit it with X would Y break" is pretty resonable. Hollow core door, well I haven't smash through one, but I'd bet a couple of really strong kicks would knock it open/apart. Well, a good strong kick does 2d6, so lets say they connect well, 20S.D.C sounds about right for two well placed strong kicks.
An interior house 2x4 wall, I haven't tried to kick one down (it would probably take forever), but I know with a 12lb sledgehammer 5 or 6 good hits are going to knock a big enough hole and rip down enough studs I could walk through it. What does a sledgehammer do for damage, figure a bit on the high side and now multiply that by 5 or 6 to get the S.D.C. per 10sq-ft of an interior house wall.
Of course this brings up armor ratings to me. They work well in Palladium (better then the Megadamage with no AR system does in my mind), but there also need to be Penetration Values or something similar for weapons, these should aid in penetrating AR. It would make it a little more realistic.
I can punch a 2x6 all day long and I am probably not going to break it, but with a 12lbs sledge and a few good hits I'll probably break it. A main battle tank isn't going to be phased by my super karate chop on a natural 20 in real life, but in the game that crap would cause damage. Anyway, I digress, the "If I hit it with X would Y break" system for determining an objects S.D.C. is a good way to go.

Re: random object damage
As far as hitting a main battle tank with your karate chop, most heavily armored vehicles/objects have something in the damage capacity area a phrase like "impervious to all small arms fire" which means that no matter how well you roll you are not going to hurt it unless you use heavy weaponry. As far as punching a board all day and not hurting it, there are all kinds if people who can break boards, bricks, cinderblocks etc with thier fists so it is possible to do.

Re: random object damage
Most of those boards are nice and short, which limits their flexing. Trust me, I am a brown belt in Tai Jitsu. I've broken quite a few boards. I also know darned well I can't break an 8ft long 2x4 with my hand, or even leg. It flexes to much upon impact. Now a little 1ft section I can break.
Its much easier to break a brick or cinder block then a long piece of wood due to that flexing. I've hit 2x6s (long ones) with 12lb sledgehammers and taken several hits to break one because it flexes so much under a hard impact. A short little 2ft piece of 2x6 I've splinter with a single hit from a 12lb sledge. I guess I should have been more specific, when I said 2x6 I was picturing a structural 2x6 (IE 8ft long).

If you could track down a copy of Blood Dawn, in the weapons table there are damages listed for things like steel poles, plate glass windows, engine blocks and others. I'm sure you could extrapolate to Palladium. You'd still have to work out the items sdc, but again you could extrapolate from items already stated out in Palladium.
