Splugorthian Empires question.
Exactly how many Active Splugorthian Empires are there in Canon threw out all the books anyone know ?

You are correct.He is starting new empire, which he most likelly has couple hundredthousands of years to do it.
So then he by definition does not qualify. I am asking for known megaverse Empires .. of known Splugorthians ..

sure he does. he has lots of followers (minions), and is building a support base using what he had saved from his old one. it's an empire, even if it is pretty small.

there are actualy five Splugorth active in the the Three Galaxies.
One in the Anvil galaxy, one in the Thundercloud, two in the Tail of the Corkscrew, and Lord Klynncryth who operates out of Center.
